I'm a highly creative, self-motivated, and multi-talented Art Director/Design Manager. I'm a passionate creator of solution-based design projects, able to meet tight deadlines and develop new approaches to a creative brief. I have progressive experience and expertise in translating business requirements into effective advertising and marketing campaigns. Proven mastery of UI/UX digital and print design, photo/video shoots, HTML emails, typography, and event ideation. I have success leading and contributing to a team. I can ensure projects meet budget requirements and brand standards. Also, effectively lead and manage the design process from conception to completion.
